An evening yoga practice to bring you into your body, allowing you to breathe the day away to prepare for sleep

This practice is suitable for everyone, no experience is required. The practice will have gentle restorative postures with a breath focus leading to a quiet space. At the end of the practice you can switch off your device and be enveloped in calm

  • You will need enough space to stand and raise the arms and to lie down
  • Useful to have a blanket available and small pillow/block/bolster …
